Frequently asked

A few useful answers.

01

Which files can I open?

Bloomsheet supports CSV, TSV, plain-text and Excel workbooks (.xlsx and .xlsm). For an Apple Numbers document, choose File › Export To › CSV in Numbers, then open that file in Bloomsheet.

02

Where are my datasets stored?

Your workspace, saved charts and custom palettes are stored locally in the app’s private storage on your device. Bloomsheet does not upload your spreadsheet to a Saku Studio server.

03

Can I use a chart after changing the original file?

A saved Bloomsheet chart keeps the data and chart configuration it was created with. You can also keep multiple imported datasets open and save cleaned data as a new CSV.

04

What can I export?

Charts can be prepared as PNG or PDF, and the computed values behind a chart can be exported as CSV. You can also export a cleaned dataset as CSV.

05

How do I restore Bloomsheet Pro?

Open Settings, choose Bloomsheet Pro and use Restore purchases. Subscriptions and payment are managed through your Apple Account.
